Overview

Merge Ball is a physics merge puzzle played in a single portrait pit under a bright cloudy sky. A ball waits at the top of the screen; you slide it sideways and let it fall, and when two matching balls collide they fuse into a bigger ball while the score ticks upward. Balls come in playful designs, from green striped ones and white smiling ones to a black 8-ball.

Objective and input

How to Play

Tap Play to start a run. A ball hangs at the top center of the pit: touch and drag left or right anywhere in the play area to slide it along the top, then release to let it drop. Gravity, side walls and the balls already on the ground decide where it settles. Drop a ball onto a matching one and the pair fuses into a single larger ball, raising the score counter in the top-left corner. Keep merging to grow bigger tiers, but watch the pile - a dashed line near the top marks the limit, and overflowing it ends the run with your final score.

Desktop Controls

The site framework maps mouse input to the same touch actions: hold the mouse button and drag sideways to aim the waiting ball, release to drop it, and click the on-screen buttons.

Mobile Controls

Touch and drag left or right in the play area to move the waiting ball along the top, then lift your finger to drop it into the pit.

Tap Play on the main menu to start, and tap the on-screen buttons to move between screens.

What stands out

Features

01

Merge matching pairs

Two identical balls that collide fuse into one bigger ball of the next tier, and every merge pushes the score counter higher.

02

Real rolling physics

Each dropped ball falls, rolls and settles against the walls and the balls below, so no two drops land the same way.

03

One-finger drag and drop

Slide the waiting ball along the top of the pit and release - the whole game is played with a single drag gesture.

04

Playful ball designs

Green striped balls, white smiling balls and a black 8-ball are among the designs waiting to be merged into bigger tiers.

Gameplay Tips

  1. 1

Drop each new ball next to a matching one - merges fire on contact, and a well-placed pair clears space while raising your score.

  2. 2

Balls keep rolling after they land, so give the pile a moment to settle before you line up the next drop.

  3. 3

Bigger merged balls eat up room, so build the pile wide and flat instead of tall to stay clear of the dashed line.
