Game guide
My New Twins Baby is a caring simulation about a mom-to-be expecting twins. A baby-shower home screen, with the twins sleeping in a double stroller below her, leads to an activity menu of pregnancy and baby-care scenes: a clinic checkup with real medical tools, maternity dress-making and fashion, and twin feeding, bath and bottle moments, all drawn in a bright pink cartoon style.
Actual gameplay

Objective and input
Tap the play button on the home screen to open the activity menu, then tap one of the round activity icons to enter its scene. Every step is marked by an animated pointing hand: tap the tool it highlights on the tray at the bottom, and the tool moves into the scene; then tap the spot the hand points at next to use it. In the clinic checkup, for example, tapping the scale display places a standing scale beside the mom, and the hand then points at its footprint pad, while a thermometer, a medicine bottle and a stethoscope wait on the same tray for the following steps. A green arrow in the top corner steps back to the activity menu, where the other pregnancy and twin-care scenes are listed.

Tap the play button and the round activity icons to move between screens.
Tap the tool the pointing hand highlights, then tap the spot it marks next to use that tool; tap the green corner arrow to return to the activity menu.
What stands out
Work through a prenatal exam scene with a standing scale, a thermometer, a medicine bottle and a stethoscope lined up on the tool tray, each applied in turn under the hint hand's guidance.
The home screen shows the twins sleeping side by side in a double stroller, and the activity menu carries the twin-baby theme into its feeding and care scene icons.
A round-icon menu lists seven pregnancy and baby-care scenes, from maternity dress-making with a measuring tape to baby baths and bottle feeding.
An animated pointing hand marks every valid move, so each scene plays as a relaxed sequence of single taps with no timers or fail states.
Useful guidance
Follow the pointing hand exactly - tools only respond while it marks them, and tapping elsewhere does nothing.
After a tool moves into the scene, watch for the hand to mark a second spot, like the scale's footprint pad, that actually applies it.
The green corner arrow steps back to the activity menu, so you can leave one scene and pick another at any time.
