Game guide
Ear Clinic is a portrait doctor game about one very specific job: cleaning ears. Each level seats a new patient in your clinic chair, then zooms into the ear canal, where growths, ear hairs and other debris wait to be removed. Press the docked medical tool, drag it into the canal and sweep it across every impurity until the ear is spotless. Cleared debris lands on the clinic tray, the patient leaves smiling, and the next level brings a new case with a different tool.
Actual gameplay

Objective and input
Tap the start screen to seat the patient, then tap again to open the ear canal view. The medical tool rests in a dock at the bottom: press it, drag upward into the ear and rub the tool head over every piece of debris. Red growths break apart under the loop curette and their fragments must be swept away too; ear hairs are cut where the rotary brush passes, including the strands close to the canal walls. When the last piece is gone, the level completes with a celebration and a coin reward, and continuing brings the next patient. There is no timer and no way to fail, so progress is simply a chain of finished treatments.
Press and drag the medical tool with the mouse, using the same press-and-drag gesture as touch; the site framework maps mouse input to the equivalent touch actions.
Press the tool docked at the bottom of the ear view and drag it into the canal.
Sweep the tool head across every growth or hair until the ear is completely clear, then release.
What stands out
Press the docked tool and sweep it through the ear canal; growths shatter under the curette and hairs fall where the brush passes.
Each level brings a different patient, tool and debris type, from red growths to stubborn ear hairs.
Removed debris collects on the clinic tray while the patient relaxes, followed by a celebration and a coin reward.
There is no timer and no fail state; a treatment ends only when the ear is completely clean.
Useful guidance
Grab the tool from its dock at the bottom before dragging; the cleaning head only works once picked up.
Make slow, overlapping passes near the canal walls, where stray hairs cling to the edges.
After growths break apart, sweep the loose fragments as well, because the level ends only when every piece is gone.
