Harvest Land

Editorial Rating

Harvest Land's loop verified end to end: the floating joystick walked the farmer, ripe wheat hopped onto his back (0 to 3 crates while standing still), and the market stall sold three crates for +9 coins while a 30-coin pay pad unlocked the wheat field on contact. Crops grow on their own - no planting or watering - and the mill, bakery, pens, tractor and hired-hands chain gives the island real depth. Local cold starts averaged 1570.2ms.

Game guide

Overview

Harvest Land turns a tiny island plot into a working farm at the pace of your own two feet. Crops ripen on their own in the fields; you just walk the farmer over to gather the harvest, haul the crates to the market stall and watch the coins roll in. Every earning goes into the next patch of ground - new fields, a mill, a bakery - until the whole island is working for you.

Objective and input

How to Play

Press and drag anywhere to walk - a floating joystick appears under your finger. Chores need no buttons: crops grow through their stages on their own, and walking up to a ripe field harvests it straight onto your back. Stand at the market stall and your produce sells itself, one crate at a time. To expand, stand on a glowing price pad and the coins drain steadily out of your wallet until the new ground unlocks - wheat first, then carrots and berries worth more per crate.

What stands out

Features

01

Chores without buttons

Ripe crops hop onto your back as you walk past, and the market stall sells your load crate by crate - the farm runs on footwork alone.

02

Pay pads, not menus

Expansions are circular pads on the ground: stand on one, watch the price tick down out of your coins, and the new field is yours.

03

From wheat to workshops

New ground brings carrots and berries, and deeper in, a mill, a bakery, animal pens, hired hands and even a tractor to automate the rounds.

04

Orders on the side

Truck orders ask for specific produce - deliver for a bonus, or let one lapse and take the small penalty.

Gameplay Tips

  1. 1

Keep a loop running: harvest on the way to the stall so no trip comes back empty-handed.

  2. 2

Stand your ground on a pay pad - stepping off pauses the payment and the field stays locked.

  3. 3

Unlock carrots and berries before expanding the same crop again; richer produce pays better per trip.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I plant crops?

You don't - fields come pre-sown and crops grow through their stages on their own. Your job starts at harvest: walk up to a ripe field and it loads onto your back.

How do I earn coins?

Carry your harvest to the market stall and stand there; crates sell one by one at their produce value.

How do expansions work?

Stand on a glowing price pad and coins drain steadily from your wallet until the new ground unlocks - new fields, then buildings like the mill and bakery.

Can I lose or run out of time?

No - there is no clock and nothing withers. The only direction is forward.
