Real Tank Battle

Editorial Rating

A friendly garage with five comparable tanks leads into short, objective-driven village battles that ran smoothly in testing at around 55 fps. Light depth keeps it a quick fix rather than a long campaign.

Overview

Real Tank Battle is a landscape 3D tank game that opens in the garage. A five-tank carousel starts on a Pz. III with a six-stat card — HP 120, Armor 10, Speed 20 km/h, Turn Rate 60 deg/s, Damage 18 and Fire Rate 3.2 s — alongside Paint and Battle buttons and a 100-coin balance. Pressing Battle drops you onto a village map at full 120/120 HP under a countdown of about a minute and a half, with a live minimap tracking allies and enemies as green and red dots and green beams marking capture points such as Bastion.

Objective and input

How to Play

From the garage, move through the five-tank carousel to compare stat cards, use Paint if you want a new look, then hit Battle. You spawn on a village map at 120/120 HP as the countdown starts at roughly 1:28. Drive with WASD, hold Shift to aim, and use the fire button to shoot — on-screen hints walk you through it in the opening moments. Keep an eye on the minimap: green dots are allies, red dots are enemies, and green beams mark capture points like Bastion. Push toward the beams and engage the red dots while the clock ticks down.

Desktop Controls

Drive the tank with WASD, hold Shift to aim, and press the fire button to shoot — the match teaches this with on-screen hints.

Click the carousel arrows, Paint and Battle buttons in the garage.

Mobile Controls

This build was playtested with keyboard controls on desktop; touch behaviour was not separately verified.

Gameplay Tips

  1. 1

Read the stat card before you commit — the Pz. III's 120 HP and 18 damage is a different proposition from whatever sits next to it on the carousel.

  2. 2

The minimap is your early-warning system: watch for red dots converging on a green beam before you drive into the open.

  3. 3

Hold Shift to aim before firing — the hints mention it once, but the habit is what lands shots.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I control the tank?

Drive with WASD, hold Shift to aim, and press the fire button to shoot. The opening moments of a match show these as on-screen hints, so you are taught the controls while you play.

What am I actually fighting for?

Each battle drops you onto a village map at full 120/120 HP with a countdown timer of about a minute and a half. Green beams mark capture points such as Bastion, and a live minimap tracks allies and enemies as green and red dots while you fight over them.

Can I choose or customize my tank?

Yes. The garage carousel holds five tanks, each shown with a six-stat card covering HP, armor, speed, turn rate, damage and fire rate — the Pz. III starts at HP 120 and damage 18. A Paint button sits next to Battle for changing the look.

Does the game cost anything to start?

No. The garage shows a 100-coin balance to begin with, and pressing Battle puts you straight into a match. The game runs in the browser with nothing to install.

How well does it run?

In our playtest the battle held around 55 fps with cold starts near four seconds, so the village map and its effects stay smooth on an ordinary desktop.
