Game guide
Escalators is a portrait crowd-runner set on the escalators and piers of a busy dock. A huddle of black-haired commuters shuffles along the walkway, but only while you keep dragging: every stretch of the route asks for a new decision. Arithmetic gates printed with operations like x4 change the headcount as the crowd passes through, and on the bridge a cargo barge swings across the path on a steady patrol, knocking away anyone it catches. If the whole crowd is lost the level fails; bring your people to the ship waiting at the end of the route and the stage is won.
Actual gameplay

Objective and input
Press and drag left or right to steer the crowd along the walkway. The group walks forward only while you keep dragging, so short steady drags carry it onward. Gates marked with an operation change your numbers as you pass: glowing green ones such as x4 multiply the crowd in your favour, while unlucky gates cut it down, so line up with the good ones early. On the bridge, watch the patrolling barge and dash through the gap after it swings past; anyone it hits is knocked out of the crowd. The header shows an earnings target for the level, and segment badges mark how far you have come. Reaching the ship clears the level and pays diamonds; losing everyone ends the run, and each new attempt spends energy.

Hold your finger on the screen and drag left or right to steer the crowd; it only walks forward while you keep dragging.
Drag to line up with helpful gates, and time a quick dash across the bridge once the barge has swung past.
What stands out
The commuter crowd advances only while you drag, so every metre of the walkway is steered by your own finger.
Gates printed with operations change the headcount on the way through: green ones like x4 grow the crowd, others shrink it.
A cargo barge swings across the bridge on a steady rhythm; time the crossing or its victims are knocked overboard.
Each level sets a new earnings target, and a roster of character cards on the home screen lets you pick your look.
Useful guidance
Keep drags small and centred; wide swerves near the bridge edge waste the crowd before the barge even arrives.
Wait for the barge to swing away, then dash across in one burst instead of creeping behind it.
Pass through multiply gates before the bridge so a stray hit costs people you can spare.
